Massage

Unwind and enjoy a 60 or 90 minute relaxation massage using unscented, water dispersible massage oils.

Morning Qi-Gong

A short, simple movement meditation practice to start the day helps to promote mindfulness, flexibility and balance. Held each morning if requested, the facilitator will guide you through this routine. (Free for all guests. Facilitator availability permitting)

Nature/Sound meditation

Gather at the standing stones for a sound meditation. Beginning in silence , gradually introducing mesmerising singing bowls, followed by deep rhythmic drumming, and ending with silence and the sounds of nature. (weather permitting)

Mindful nature walk

Slow down, tune into the moment and with nature. Beginning with mindful breathing and then a slow, meditative walk around the property, focusing on the messages that nature is trying to give us. (weather permitting)

Trance journey

A ritual guided by deep drumming to take you into a journey with yourself. May be performed indoors or out in nature as weather permits.

Lucid dreaming coaching

Lucid dreaming is a profound state of awareness, becoming actively aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. Understand the benefits of lucid dreaming, learn simple techniques for becoming lucid in your dreams, and what to do once you are there. Practice at night while you stay at the Lucid Life retreat. Follow up dream reflection session is offered.

Tantra for couples

Tantra is a tradition in which awakening is sought through embodiment and union: with oneself, with others and with all things. Tantra helps us to explore and deepen intimacy in relationships. Understand the basis of tantra, explore simple but powerful tantric practices as a couple, and be given tailored exercises to try together after the session. A follow up reflection session is offered.

Self-tantra for singles

Tantra is a tradition in which awakening is sought through embodiment and union: with oneself, with others and with all things. Tantra helps us to deeply understand ourselves and find self-love. Understand the basis of tantra, explore simple but powerful tantric practices, and be given a tailored exercise to try alone with yourself after the session.

Plant a tree

Each guest is invited at the end of their stay, if they wish, to plant a tree on the Lucid Life property, a small but real step to reducing carbon in the long term. (Free for all guests. Facilitator availability permitting. April- Sept only)
